Submit an Event
To submit an event to the database, you will need to provide a project brief that contains a synopsis of the event as well as contact info for the project lead. We also ask that you provide relevant project files presorted into the following categories and submitted over Google Drive or in a zip file that maintains the structure. Presorted categories include: (include all that apply)
  • Audience Recruitment
  • Brief
  • Creative
  • Marketing Collateral
  • P&L
  • Planning Documents
  • Program
In addition to the files we need the following for the site:
  • Event title
  • Market designation (i.e., small, mid, large)
  • Event category type (Awards, Bridal Community, Conversations, Food)
  • Image that best showcases the event
  • One line event description

Please send all materials to
